Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining high productivity and workplace safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate inventory management, including regular stock checks and documentation.
• Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in a timely and efficient manner.
• Adopt technology approach whenever applicable to systemize the warehousing activities.
• Implement and maintain warehouse policies and procedures to improve operations and safety.
• Monitor and manage the performance of warehouse equipment and arrange for maintenance as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Train and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, logistics, and customer service, to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse performance, such as inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment rates.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Strong soft skills and reporting capabilities.
• Preferable with warehouse software based previous assignments.
• Familiarity with workflow, standards and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus.
