Warehouse Pharmacist

Job Dut ies:

●Receive and supervise the incoming medical products and ensure quality and standards of these products and supplies are as per the regulatory requirements.

●Ensure medical products and supplies are stored in the correct manner as per standard warehouse running documents and procedures.

●Ensure the warehouse temperature levels are set at appropriate levels by keeping a daily track.

●Arrange for distribution of the medical products and supplies to various destinations by picking, sorting, packing and dispatching of products.

●Analyses inventory levels, inventory positioning, corrects inventory system, verifies accuracy and troubleshoots immediate inventory inaccuracies.

●Keep stock control systems up to date, plan future capacity requirements.

●Manage and ensure the rejected, damaged and expired stock are disposed off, as per waste disposal process.

●Ensure quality, delivery budget and environmental objectives are met.

●Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment.

●Communicates with supervisor, vendors, staff to resolve any problems and/or concerns.

●Provides information and assistance for inventory policies and/or procedures.

●Produce reports and statistics, as required.

●Coordinates and confirms the delivery of medical supplies in a timely and cost-efficient manner.

Competencies/Abilities:

●Must have a Pharmacist background.

●Newly Graduate.

●Ability to effectively communicate internally and externally.

●Carries out all duties and responsibilities with the utmost integrity and consistent with the highest ethical standards.

●Remains flexible and responsive to changing conditions.

●Ability to work variable schedule as required.

●Listens to others; respects their differences.

●Customer/Supplier Focus.
