Job Description  

Responsible for food service and direct order form the site supervisor.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure dining area and equipment – Serving line, tables, table top, and chairs are properly cleaned and sanitized as required. Should be wiped to remove food particles, smudge and liquid.
• Welcomes customers when they arrive at a dining area, cafe, or any eating stablishment.
• Ensure the correct serving portion is followed up as per SOP.
• Establish and maintain a good relationship with the colleagues / co-workers.
• Ensure the implementation of HACCP plans related to the division
• Constant attention to Safe Work Practices, immediately addressing any unsafe act witnessed.
• Perform other task as instructed by the Site Supervisor.
• Introduces customers to the menu and announces daily or seasonal menu specials
• Familiarize the menu and answers questions about menu items, ingredients and etc.
• Passes customer orders along to kitchen staff for preparation
• Prepares drinks and serves them to customers
• Collects food orders from the kitchen, verifies that they are correct, and serves them to customers
• Ensures that customers are satisfied with their meals and processes orders for additional courses if necessary
• Removes used dishes, glasses, and flatware from tables
• Sets tables with dishes, glasses, and flatware and refills condiments
• Maintains familiarity with menu items, specials, and restaurant information.
• Suggest additional menu items, such as desserts and drinks, when appropriate
• Operate the beverage section and coffee station
• Follow, imply and maintain all ISO standards and requirements

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years’  work experience.
• High school diploma
• Capable of working well under pressure
• No Formal Education Required, Physical Strength and Physical Stamina.
• Attention to Detail and Ability to Multitask
• Excellent in Written and Verbal Communication.
• Excellent in Customer Service Skills, Interpersonal Communication and Teamwork.
• Ability to Work Under Pressure with Positive Attitude.
• Familiarity With Alcohol Restrictions or Laws.
