Job Requirements
1. Administrative Support:
– Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for chairman.
– Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.
– Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication
– Manage Flight bookings.
2. Office Management:
– Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
– Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
– Ensure the office remains clean, organized, and well-stocked.
3. Event Coordination:
– Assist in planning and coordinating meetings, events, and conferences.
– Arrange travel accommodation and itineraries for staff.
4. Data Management:
– Input, update, and maintain accurate records in databases and systems.
– Generate reports and summaries as needed.
5. Support Team Operations:
– Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless workflow.
– Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned.
– Assist finance and public relation.
. Educational Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in management, administration, finance or a related field.
2. Experience: – +5 years of proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
3. Skills:
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
– Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
– Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
