Context and environment · The Jobholder is responsible for all training activities and has frequent contacts with employees, departments and training providers. Activities
· Assist of preparing annual training plan. · Implement approved training plan, prepare travel and mission training orders for approval training programs.
· Follow up on training expenditures and invoices with finance dept.
· Assist of organizing In House training sessions including logistic requirements such as contacting providers, hotels and….etc.
· Advise supervisor to provide required documentation for enrollment participants and prepare relevant financial documents.
· Assist when requested, training needs analysis step and follow up discussion to clarify accurate requirements.
· Work closely with the training specialist and Head of Department in organizing Language courses, to ensure that the training is in line with the Company requirements as well as Annual Training plan.
· Responsible to feed back departments with training materials such as journals, publications or self-training material related training and development for the benefit of employees whenever requested.
· Maintain training database for all training records of employees, to keep all course data: title, duration, organizers and cost estimate available and up to date.
· Prepare monthly report and annual report.
· Make all necessary arrangements for seminars & presentations materials might be made locally.
Accountabilities · Ensure that the Annual Company Training plan is prepared and implemented in conformity with Company Procedures and Management directives. · Optimize the training efficiency by coordinating appropriate course and ensuring reliability of consultation.
· Guarantee the accuracy of the training database at all time.
· Guarantee at all time information regarding course / material are available by maintaining an accurate and updated documentation
Qualifications / experience required · Education : B.A in relevant field · Required competencies: Fluency in Arabic and English language/ Good communication and interpersonal skills/ Maturity and competency/ Good knowledge of computer minimum Word and Excel. At least 2 years of experience in similar position
