Job Description

We are seeking a skilled systems analyst to improve our company’s IT systems. You will be responsible for analyzing our current systems to find any flaws or inefficiencies, and planning solutions to resolve all issues along with testing team, also documenting the new systems.

To be successful in this role, you should have an in-depth knowledge of available IT solutions, and an analytical mind capable of solving complex problems. System analyst will also have strong communication skills, with an ability to explain solutions clearly.

Responsibilities:

• Communicating with management and employees to determine system requirements.
• Planning new systems that address any issues with the current systems.
• Collaborating with the IT team to document a new system processes.
• Testing the new systems to validate that they are working as expected.
• Reporting back on all improvements made, as well as any setbacks.
• Ensuring that all system details are documented.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, information systems, or relevant field.
• Prior experience as a systems analyst or in a similar position.
• Business-related qualifications a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team.
