Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Steel Structure Erection Project Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of steel structure erection projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading project teams, coordinating tasks, ensuring safety standards compliance, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, organize, and coordinate steel structure erection projects from inception to completion.

2. Lead and manage project teams including subcontractors, engineers, and site personnel.

3. Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines, and ensure adherence to project specifications.

4. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays that may arise during construction.

5. Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements are met.

6. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards to maintain a safe work environment.

7. Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and progress.

8. Manage project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and change orders.

9. Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.

10. Resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during the project execution phase.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

– Proven experience in managing steel structure erection projects.

– Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.

– Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.

– Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Additional Requirements:

– Relevant certifications or licenses may be required.

– Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
