Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct extensive research to diagnose the problems that the WISP tower is facing and then develop appropriate solutions for them.
• Communicate with RF Engineers to determine needs and explain complex issues.
• Tests machines that are already installed for their performance and safety.
• Install and Align Antenna’s systems and technology.
• Install and Align PtP links to get the maximum capacity.
• Maintaining the equipment and infrastructure of sites.
• Perform routine safety testing of machinery.
• Conduct research on site.
• Inspect equipment and technologies.
• Diagnose construction and machinery problems.
• Resolve onsite malfunctions.
• Supervise and direct onsite crew.
• Draft and submit reports.
• Show flexibility within the company’s full scope of work as the nature of tasks may vary and the company may request assistance from time to time with other tasks outside the nominal job description.
