About Us:

We are a leading paint manufacturing company seeking a dedicated Services Department Manager to oversee essential facility support services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Fleet, Maintenance, Cleaning, and Employee Services sections.
• Ensure efficient vehicle maintenance, safe operations, and compliance.
• Oversee facility maintenance, minimizing downtime.
• Maintain cleanliness standards across the facility.
• Manage the mosque, restaurant, café, and market for employee services.
• Develop KPIs, budgets, and resource plans.
• Lead and develop the department team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or related field.
• 3+ years of managerial experience in multi-service departments.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Experience with budget management and resource planning.
