Service Field Engineer – Diagnostic

Overview:

We are seeking to recruit a Service Field Engineer to work within the Diagnostic department and carry out installation and maintenance of laboratory equipment within the Eastern Area of Libya.

Job Description:

• Install, calibrate, and maintain our equipment
• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on various instruments.
• Respond to customer service calls and inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
• Conduct equipment testing, diagnostics, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical problems.
• Keep accurate records of service activities, including maintenance logs, service reports, and equipment documentation.
• Provide training and technical support to customers on the proper use and maintenance of our equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and engineering, to address customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, regulations, and advancements in biomedical engineering.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of electrical and electronic principles.
• Familiarity with biomedical equipment and systems is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
