SECURITY SUPERINTENDENT
Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- To supervise and manage day-to-day security operations, ensuring the implementation of effective security measures;
- To monitor security systems, conduct regular assessments, and initiate necessary adjustments to enhance overall Ensure the controls on passive security measures, in order to reduce the potential risks by appropriate periodical checks of any measure installed, in compliance with Company applicable regulatory documents and security plans;
- To lead and manage the Contractor security personnel, providing guidance, training, and support;
- To conduct regular performance evaluations, establish development plans, and foster a cohesive and disciplined security team;
- To develop, implement, and enforce security policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices;
- To develop and maintain comprehensive emergency response plans, ensuring the organization is well-prepared for various security incidents;
- To plan regular drills and training sessions to assess the effectiveness of emergency response procedures;
- To conduct ongoing threat and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and implement mitigation strategies;
- To evaluate, implement, and maintain security technologies, including surveillance cameras, access control systems, and alarm systems;
- To foster positive relationships with local law enforcement agencies, emergency services, and relevant authorities;
- To establish a systematic process for reporting and investigating security incidents
- To identify cost-effective security solutions without compromising organizational security;
- To work with legal and compliance teams to address any security-related regulatory issues;
- To develop and maintain crisis management plans, coordinating responses to critical incidents;
- To serve as a key decision-maker during crises, providing leadership to the security team and collaborating with organizational leadership;
- To collaborate with leadership to align security strategies with organizational objectives;
- To Continuously evaluate and enhance security protocols based on lessons learned, industry best practices, and changing security landscapes;
- To liaise with managers in order to set appropriate actions and plans as required, in compliance with Security Manager’s indications and applicable regulatory processes.

- To comply with the Health, Safety and Environmental legislation of the Country, to comply with the different HSE Policies of Eni North Africa by applying the HSE requirements of the Management System Guideline HSE and our HSE Integrated Management System. Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree/Diploma or master.
- At least 8 years of work experience within the
