Solutions For Environment Services LLC is a Libyan franchise holder of a U.S. pest control company that is now recruiting a salesperson based in Tripoli

 

Responsibilities:

The salesperson role requires a strong work ethic, self-motivation, honesty, loyalty, confidence, and an ability to think through problems and find creative solutions as necessary.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, stamina, and a forthright honest approach to both upper management and staff.

Previous knowledge of the pest control industry is not required. Training will be provided to ensure the salesperson understands the business model and is confident in his/her communication.

Role responsibilities;

  1. In collaboration with upper management, set weekly goals for reaching out to new businesses.
  2. This includes phone calls, but perhaps multiple visits to the site in order to find the decision-maker within a company
  3. Organize presentations/meetings with potential clients
  4. Assist with presentations
  5. coordinates the use of social media marketing tools, including preparing and managing content on social media platforms and responding to inquiries
  6. Maintain contact with companies after presentations and initial meetings
  7. Continue relationships with existing clients
  8. Feed documentation back to upper management as required

A typical week should involve the following:

  1. Assess previous weeks’ activities (usually on a Sunday morning), set the current week’s goals in collaboration with the General Manager.
  2. Start making contact with new companies, ideally by visiting the company’s offices in person, and/or by phone
  3. Reach out to contacts from the previous week, this may be following up on initial meetings or organizing future presentations.
  4. All activities are to be logged and entered into the company’s CRM (customer relationship management) system, ensuring that upper management and other members of the team have the correct, and latest, information if and when they need it. This may involve some report writing and some work with spreadsheets.
  5. Maintain regular contact with the GM by phone to ensure he is up to date and aware of the ongoing situation.
  6. Preparing and managing content on social media platforms and responding to inquiries

Requirements include:

  • Good Arabic and English,
  • Car to get to client locations
  • Responsible and dependable
