Job summary:
The Sales Manager is responsible for planning and organizing the sales activity and controlling and evaluating the sales activities. The SM is also responsible for determining the department’s human resource needs, qualifications and needs.
Job tasks:
1. Planning the sales activity, which includes participating in setting goals and drawing sales policies within the company, such as product policies and policies for prices, distribution, promotion and liaison with the targeted markets.
2. Organizing sales activities, which include organizing sales efforts by developing an effective and good organizational structure because the salesmen represent the link between the company and its customers.
3. Carry out the sales activities identified in the sales activities.
4. Supervising and directing the efforts of salesmen.
5. Coordination of sales activities with other departments such as marketing, procurement, warehouse, production, and finance.
6. Monitoring and evaluation of sales activities, which include identifying sales areas, determining the paths of salesmen, determining sales quotas, receiving reports on sales activity, evaluating its findings and taking appropriate corrective measures to advance and develop the level of performance. etc.
7. Participate in choosing and employing salesmen in terms of analyzing the job description and description, and determining the required qualifications and their source.
8. Determine the training men’s needs for training and the type of training required for each individual.
9. Motivate the salesmen by identifying the different incentive methods and constantly searching for the rewards that motivate the selling efforts of the salesmen by building and developing an effective compensation system.
10. Evaluating the efforts of the salesmen in terms of determining effective and objective evaluation forms to reach a logical judgment on the performance of the salesmen.
11. Submit periodic reports on sales to senior management.

Job requirements:
1. Academic qualifications:
Minimum Qualification for the Bachelor Degree Minimum Limit for the Master Degree
Major required Marketing / Sales or Business Administration
2. Work experience: Experience of not less than 5 years in the same field.
