Job overview:
We currently looking for a sales engineer to join our team, based in Tripoli, Libya with the following specifications:
job responsibilities:
• Prepare technical tasks.
• Prepare technical documentation of products.
• Develop and administrate documentation of products.
• Participate in meetings with clients to answer technical questions.
• Prepare and provide training for employees and clients about our company’s products and solutions.
• When needed, take part in exhibitions/conferences and present our products and it’s benefits.
• Consult employees and customers on devices/solutions related to technical issues via the Helpdesk system and other remote connection tools: phone, Skype, Teams, TeamViewer and etc.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or a technology-related field.
• Good English language skills (B2 or higher level).
• Working knowledge of software and operating system principles.
• Knowledge of computer network architecture and technologies.
• Knowledge of server operating principles and technologies, programming languages.
• Basics of telecommunication systems and technologies.
