Recruitment Major Responsibilities:

 

  • Create and publish job postings on various platforms, including social media, job boards, and internal company websites.
  • Utilize various recruitment tools, such as LinkedIn, job fairs, and employee referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Screen, review, and manage job applications, ensuring timely and efficient communication with candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a seamless interview process.
  • Assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for the role, providing recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate salary and benefits packages.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
  • Track recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, source-to-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Ensure recruitment practices promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Learning & Development Major Responsibilities:

 

  • Identify training needs through gap analysis, employee feedback and performance data.
  • Create engaging training programs, workshops, e-learning modules and curriculum aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Facilitate training sessions, coaching, mentoring and onboarding programs.
  • Assess training effectiveness, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Manage and maintain, tracking employee training records.
  • Develop training materials, manuals, guides and resources.
  • Work closely with department heads, aligning training initiatives with business objectives.
  • Manage training budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
  • Partner with external training providers, ensuring quality and relevance.
  • Ensure training programs meet regulatory requirements.
  • Track training metrics.

Position reports direct to: HR Director

Job Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment, learning & development or talent management.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems, authoring tools and HR software.
  • Ability to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Strong interpersonal and project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic & English.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
