Alzad for Catering Services Company is looking to hire a receptionist .
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Attends to telephone calls and administrative queries, meet and greet clients and visitors.
- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, mailing and filing.
- Pick up and deliver mail. Maintain adequate office supply inventory.
- Assisting all of the administration staff and the operation Manager with regard to personnel and HR managements.
- Responding to internal and external inquiries or requests and provide assistance as recruitment and interview processes
- Maintain the HR team’s calendar (schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc.)
- Ability to create, manage and maintain up-to-date, orderly, neat and accurate filing systems Maintain documentation and electronic filing system.
- Receiving and sending express shipments, sort incoming mails, and deliveries for distribution and keep records of incoming mails as well .
- Provide office orientation for new employees.
- Co-ordinate with all other administration levels like medical/ identification badge/staff movements for the smooth operations, etc.
- Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality of information and issues as appropriate, including payroll and personnel information.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative position
- ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS Power point, in particular)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle data with confidentiality
- Good organizational and time management skills.
