Job Title: Public Relations Supervisor
Reporting to: General Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Communicate directly with governmental institutions to ensure company compliance with all pertaining legislations.
2.Supervising on gathering and reviewing records pertinent to specific problems.
3.Route correspondence to other departments for reply.
4.Present clear and concise explanations of governing rules and regulations.
5.Review correspondence for format and typographical accuracy, assemble the information into a prescribed form with the correct number of copies, and submit it to an authorized official for signature.
6.Complete form letters in response to requests or problems.
7.Supervising on submitting completed documents to typists for typing in final form, and instruct typists in matters such as format, addresses, and the necessary number of copies.
8.Build and maintain relationships with the related parties, key individuals, and other organizations.
9.Develop a strategy to build and maintain programs and activities that will have a positive impact on the company.
10.Be the principal ambassador for the organization, with responsibilities for delivering the company’s vision within the local community.
11.Act as a mentor to junior company relations staff to assist their professional development and ensure they are aligned with the company regular activities.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications, English, management or equivalent.
Experience: At least five years of work experience in public relations or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
1.Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing.
2.Great interpersonal skills and ability to work well as part of a team.
3.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related writing and presentation software.
4.Presentation skills.
5.Ability to work and plan effectively.
6.Ability to work well under pressure and manage sensitive or controversial subjects with tact, kindness, and professionalism.
