Job Overview

We are looking for a Financial Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the financial sector and will be able to contribute to our team through exceptional analytical skills and implementation of the company’s financial system.

Key Responsibilities

* Process and track payments from clients, ensuring
that all accounts are up to date;
* Assist in preparing and sending out client invoices
for work completed on construction projects;
* Follow up on overdue accounts, sending reminders
or escalating to management when necessary;
* Generate reports for the finance team;
* Provides suggestions for improving procedures and
processes in the field of work.

Qualifications

* Bachelor of Science in Economics;
* Master of Economics is a preferred;
* 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably within
the construction industry or a project-based
environment;
* Knowledge of construction accounting, job costing,
and project finance is highly desirable.

Skills & Abilities

* Working with financial software and data analysis
tools (Excel, SAP) ;
* Knowledge of the English language;
* Knowledge of the Arabic language is an advantage;
* Positive attitude when performing work tasks;
* Internal Communication and teamworking:
Communicating effectively about financial issues and
the status of a projects;
* Reporting: The ability to clearly and accurately report
financial progress and any issues on project
management and other relevant parties.
