OBJECTIVES OF JOB:

 

Documents are essential for the success of any business and as such all Corresponding / Reports need to be of good quality, easily retrievable and in usable condition both hardcopy and digital formats.

The main duty of Operations Management Committee Office Administrator is to give the required support to Operations Management Committee Office manager by being responsible for the maintaining of all Operations Management Committee Office related documentation, making information available and reliable as required. He is responsible for maintaining the documentation, by properly filling all different reports from various departments and committees in the filing system.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  1. The Operations Management Committee Office administrator is responsible for the filling of all documentation related to Operations Management Committee Office.
  2. Editing and drafting of the outgoing corresponding’s from Operations Management Committee Office.
  3. Schedule appointments, meeting, and events related to Operations Management Committee office tasks.
  4. Ensure documents are of good quality, easily retrievable and in usable condition hard and soft copies.
  5. Retrieving and searching of documentation.
  6. Keep safe custody of all documents related to Operations Management Committee Office, ensure accuracy and confidentiality
  7. Take responsibility for handling communications and correspondences within the OMC Office both hard and soft copies
  8. Assisting the Operations Management Committee Office team in performing daily assigned tasks.
  9. All work must be carried out in compliance with company policy, procedures and HSEQ regulations.
  10. Any other tasks assigned by Operations Management Committee Office Manager.

Required  Skills

  • Experience in working with Windows, Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in writing, taking Minutes of Meetings.

–     Good communication skills in Arabic and English, written and spoken.

  • Respectful and maintain good spirit within the team.

Additional Skills

  • Translation English-Arabic & Arabic-English is recommended.
  • Structured and well-organized
