Job description:
We are looking forward to add a new member to our family to be operation assistant and social media manager to organize the internal team tasks and deal with our customers also scheduling our social media content so we advertise and our social media customers.
Rules and responsibilities:
Operations.
- Organizing team task distribution accordingly to the line manager input.
- Costumer follow up upon request.
- Costumer Service
- Preparation of offers
- Channeling with costumers.
Social Media.
- Creating content and scheduling for all social media platforms.
- Creating social media plan.
- Replying correspondence on social media also taking feedback.
- Requesting content from the team according to the social media plan.
Qualifications and skills:
- At least 6 months of experience in the relative field.
- Good knowledge of using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Professional English language level.
- Good knowledge of using Microsoft 360 + Google suits.
- Time management.
- Decision making.
