Job Description:

Media Managers are communication specialists who develop and implement all targeted content for various media platforms.

A Media Manager shall be the voice for Libyan Wings Airlines across social channels. He/ She is responsible for responding to comments and creating content.

Position duties and tasks:

• Identify press opportunities through evolving issues.
• Develop content for dissemination via press releases, social media, websites, and other distribution channels.
• Ensure that key messages align with vital business strategies.
• Serve as the company’s media liaison and formal spokesperson.
• Conduct press conferences and briefings.
• Build and manage the company’s social media profile and presence.
• Build long-term relationships with media influencers.
• Appropriately manage the organization’s media budget.
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily.
• Collaborate with other departments, like marketing, sales, and customer service.

Requirements:

• Ability to conduct press conferences and briefings.
• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills.
• Available to travel inside and outside of Libya.
• Minimum 3 years experience with a related field.
• Strong writing skills in both Arabic and English.
