- Camex is seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing Manager to drive our brand’s growth in the delivery and logistics industry. This role will focus on creating and executing impactful marketing strategies to reach new clients, retain existing ones, and solidify Camex’s presence in the market.
- Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Design and implement marketing strategies that align with Camex’s goals, using insights from market research and industry trends.
- Campaign Management: Lead, manage, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring budget alignment and high ROI.
- Brand Management: Develop and maintain Camex’s brand across all touchpoints, ensuring a consistent message that resonates with clients in the logistics sector.
- Oversight: Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging content across platforms, with a focus on Cmex’s core logistics services.
- Customer Engagement and CRM: Implement CRM strategies to deepen client relationships and boost customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Conduct competitor research and monitor logistics industry trends to enhance strategic planning and identify growth areas.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, while working closely with sales and operations to align on business objectives.
- Reporting and Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance, using data to inform and optimize future campaigns.
- Qualifications:
- – Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- – 3-5+ years of experience in marketing, ideally with experience in logistics or a similar industry.
- – Strong skills in digital marketing, CRM, content creation, and brand management.
- – Proficient in marketing software, analytics tools, and CRM platforms.
- – Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills, with attention to detail and creativity.
