Job description :

At Presto Eat, marketing is about understanding people and building awareness of how our products/services meet their needs. We are looking for an experienced and talented Marketing Manager with a passion. Our ideal candidate will have experience developing and executing marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring a team. You will be responsible for day-to-day marketing activities, as well as long-term strategies, within tight deadlines and changing needs.
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for video content, managing posts, and responding to followers. You will manage our corporate image in a coherent way to achieve our marketing objectives. You must be able to handle social media, ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement. Job Objectives:

• Design and implement a social media strategy to align with business objectives
  Setting specific goals
• Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programmers, strategies and budgets
• Create, edit, publish and share content daily (eg original text, images, videos, news)
• Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
• Communicate with followers, respond to inquiries in a timely manner, and monitor customer opinions
• Develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
• Lead the implementation of marketing programs from start to finish, utilizing internal support and lead collaboration
• Staying up-to-date with current social media technologies, design tools and applications

Daily and monthly responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and manage our marketing strategies
• Use social media marketing tools
• Determine the effectiveness and impact of existing marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and improve accordingly
• Work with advertising makers and designers to ensure that the content is informative and matches the marketing plan
• Communicate with customers through social media, take their suggestions, listen to their complaints, and transfer them to the company’s specialists
• Submitting reports to the line manager
• Provide important notes to the manager and heads of departments

Skills and qualifications:

• Work experience as a Marketing Manager
• Work under pressure and quickly implement the tasks assigned by the direct manager and the
• rest of the department heads
• Excellent ability to communicate and work within a team and provide the leadership skills necessary to unleash the latent energies of employees, whether creative or practical
• Flexibility and the ability to carry out the tasks assigned by the direct manager if they are outside the company in a way that does not conflict with working hours
• Good copywriting skills
•  Ability to provide creative content (text, image and video)
• Knowledge of online marketing channels
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Good knowledge of English
• Proficiency in online marketing and social media strategies

Work shift: 09:00 to 16:00
Salary: 2000-3000 L.D
