Maintenance Supervisor

Safi National for oil & energy services, our location based in Tripoli – Libya, urgently we would like to hire an expert candidates as a Maintenance Supervisor, please find the below job description:-

Ø  Leading and developing the team to achieve their work program, proficiency in measuring Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and People.

Ø  Directly responsible for the assignment and coordination and/or execution of activities within the Maintenance group to ensure a productive workforce that supports the facility.

Ø  With his teams assists specialists working under Specific Maintenance Contracts (SMC).

Ø  Effectively oversee maintenance personnel to ensure that all assigned activities are performed effectively and efficiently in accordance with plant procedures and local, state and federal regulations.

Ø  Manages all onsite maintenance operations.

Ø  understand complex electrical and mechanical systems, be able to diagnose problems, perform safety & quality risk assessments and effect repairs quickly and safely.

Ø  Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities, based on work priority, quantity of equipment and skill of personnel.

Ø  Oversee planning and preparation of work orders for work to be performed by the respective Maintenance departments to ensure the plant is maintained in a safe, reliable, and efficient manner.

Ø  Monitor tool and part inventories and the condition and maintenance of shops to ensure adequate working condition.

Ø  Develop, implement, and evaluate maintenance policies and procedure.

Ø  Inspect, test, and measure completed work, using devices such as hand tools and gauges to verify conformance to standards and repair requirements.

Ø  Takes part in daily, weekly and coordination meetings on SITE.

Ø  ensure competency of his team.

Ø  Examine objects, systems, or facilities, and analysis information to determine needed installations, services, or repair.

Ø  To ensure technical support to MOO about Purchase Requisition.

Ø  Is a member of the SITE emergency team (EMC) as support.

Ø  To prepare and assist team about release Failure Report and Technical Report about Maintenance Operation.

v  Qualifications:

Ø  Fluent in English.

Ø  Candidate should have strong knowledge in mechanical & electrical tasks.
