Logistic Coordinator Vacancy, We are looking for experienced and talented Logistic Coordinator for our firm , location TRIPOLI

Job role:
The jobholder will be responsible in identifying and evaluating suppliers, arranges for transportation of purchased goods, identifies and develops strategies for addressing logistical barriers, monitors use of materials and resources, and ensures quality record keeping.

Responsibilities :

· Track orders and ensure timely delivery

· Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases

· monitor use of purchased goods and materials to protect the company from incurring losses by minimizing fraud and waste.

· Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices

· Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses

· Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed

· Plan and manage logistics, the warehouse, transportation, and customer services

· Visualize, facilitate, optimize, and coordinate the full order cycle from start to finish

· Strong data- entry skills and attention to detail

· Exceptional analytical thinking, problem solving, and organizational skills

· Able to prioritize work, delegate, and meet deadlines

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Business Management or Logistics (or any other related fields)

· Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position .

· Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint; testing will be administered prior to final interview

· Strong ability to develop positive relationships with suppliers

· Excellent communication skills

· Understanding of supply chain procedures

· Solid analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses

· Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

· Pharmaceutical background is a plus.
