Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
Human Resources Manager originates and leads Human Resources objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce. Responsible for guiding and managing the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies and programs including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department.
- Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
- Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
- Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work closely and in support of the Managing Director/ General Manager.
- Development and implementation of organizational development programs, benefits plans, policies and guidelines; database management procedures; equal opportunity programs; and employee and documentation policies.
- Develop and implement training plans to support the needs of the employees.
- Effectively plan, design, develop and evaluate human resources-related initiatives that support organizational strategic goals.
- Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top employees.
- Manages the recruitment and staffing plan and handles interview and qualification of senior positions.
- Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
- Reduce risks to the organization by ensuring that all policies and procedures are up to date and legally compliant to operational Country’s labor Laws
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, employees management, and employment law.
- Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Ensure that payroll is completed accurately and to deadline.
- Provide advice to other department heads on all human resources issues, e.g. management of staff, remuneration, etc..
- In compliance with the company policy and with the labor law, the HR Manager review employee salary and make recommendation in consultation with the department heads.
- Directs Administration, including reception, and may even be responsible for facility and security.
- Effectively communicate the company goals, developments, policies and procedures and organization future development program to all its employees
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Follow, imply and maintain all ISO standards and requirements.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRMS.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- A minimum of three years of human resource management experience preferred.
