Job Location
·   The jobholder is located in Tripoli Office.

 

Activities
 

 

·        Type and manage correspondence associated with supporting Manager or other professionals.

·        Provide accuracy check on basic data and documents requiring Manager’s approval or signature.

·        Follow up and transmit all HR department invoices and coordinate with finance dept for the bending invoices.

·        Answer telephone calls and takes messages.

·        Organize meetings as requested by the manager or team and takes minutes when needed.

·        Maintain the Manager’s diary, manages appointments and provides first point of contact internally and for outside callers to the department.

·        Treat all letters and documents received from Libyan Administration, Military Service Affairs, Social Security, Medical, assures secretarial follow-up and correspondence and file documents.

·        Manage requisition of standard goods and stationary for the office.

·        Ensure that the office equipment is in good working condition and arranges for eventual repairs or servicing when necessary.

·        Prepare documents for presentations following proper directives and arranges binding when necessary.

·        Ensure all documentation is appropriately filed for ease of reference and efficient retrieval.

·        Follow up medical expenses compensations and updates data.

·         

Required Competencies
 

: Fluency in Arabic and English languages, French is a plus/ Good communication and Interpersonal skills/ Proficiency in Computer Software : Word, Excel and PowerPoint

 

 

Qualifications / experience required
1-      Secretarial certificate or previous secretarial experience
