Safi National for oil & energy services, our location based in Ben Ashour, Tripoli – Libya, we would like to hire an expert candidates as HR coordinator, please find the below job description:-
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
· Assist administration of recruitment campaigns including: advertising vacancies, collating applications and data, corresponding with candidates, assisting managers with the shortlisting and selection process.
· Monitor recruitment and selection data to contribute to HR reports and inform decision-making.
· Enter timely and accurate people data on to the HR database.
· Maintain the HR information on network, including uploading documents and editing content.
· Coordinate reporting from the HR database and assist in the creation of HR reports in order to inform management decision-making.
· Manage the email, responding to enquiries and referring issues for HR advice, as required.
· Payroll administration on a monthly basis, including collating documents, entering timely and accurate information into relevant spreadsheets and files.
· Create and maintain HR records including manual and electronic filing systems, including employee records, new starters, leavers etc.
· Organize individual and group inductions for new employees.
· Coordinate probationary periods ensuring processes are followed.
· Organize and coordinate staff meetings, away days, group training and other meetings and events.
· Coordinate the appraisal process, assisting with internal communications, ensuring documentation is completed and collating information for HR reports.
· Employee benefits administration including applications, changes, invoices.
· Training administration including arranging courses, pre-training and post training assessments, record-keeping and monitoring training needs via performance management processes.
· Employment contracts administration: preparing contracts for new starters, contract changes, extensions and keeping accurate records.
· General administration including, scanning, photocopying, filing, updating documents.
· Provide occasional cover for receptionist/administrator as required.
· Any other duties commensurate with role and grade as requested by the HR Manager and team.
HR Coordinator Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related (essential).
· 2 years of experience as an HR coordinator (essential).
· Exposure to Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
· Effective HR administration and people management skills.
· Exposure to payroll practices.
· Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
· Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
· Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
· Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
· Meticulous attention to detail.
