Job Title: HR Coordinator ( Female )
Job Type:. Full-time
Work Location: Tripoli-Libya
Report to : HR Supervisor
Department: HR
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Submits investigation requests and assists with new employee orientation.
- Schedule interview, Screening, Phone calls and assists with recruitment process.
- Conducts audits of payroll, benefits, or other HR programs.
- Administers health and accidents insurances.
- Update and keep employee records in check.
- Tracking and updating changes in employees job adjustments.
- Help Supervisors in assessing employee engagement and evaluation.
- Be the first point of contact for all Admin-related queries
- Responsible to prepare and update company’s docs.
- Preparing visa & residencies for expats.
- Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable ISO requirements.
- Responsible for analyzing training needs, and delivering courses.
- Assist in designing and development work in programs such as the employee rewards and recognition programs and engagement programs.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources or a relevant field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of job-related experience in HR.
Skills:
- Interpersonal communication : listening, speaking and writing.
- Time and Priority Management.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Fluent in Arabic and advanced level of English language is a must.
- Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and HR software
- Familiarity with labor laws
- Excellent organizational skills
