Position Brief:
HR Administrator will responsible for providing an effective human resources administration service in a professional and effective manner. Will provide guidance and support to managers and staff across the full range of HR work. You work within the HR team, supporting areas of responsibility for administration in recruitment, training, employee relations, performance management, and engagement programs.
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administer all HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment, personnel records, visa & residencies, preparing letters and memos, etc..
- Maintains personnel files in compliance with applicable ISO requirements.
- Adheres to company policies and procedures and complies with Libyan Labor law
- Assist in the recruitment process.
- Manage & organize new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs.
- Responsible for updating all HR databases
- Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries
- Tracking & updating changes in employees job adjustments
- Processes the company’s payroll every pay period
- Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data
- Completes payroll reports for record-keeping purposes or managerial review
- Assist in designing and development work in programs such as the employee rewards and recognition programs and engagement programs.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources or a relevant field
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of job-related experience in HR.
Skills:
- Interpersonal communication: listening, speaking and writing.
- Time and Priority Management.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Fluent in Arabic and advanced level of English language is a must.
- Ability to effectively use computer programs including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and HR software.
- Familiarity with labor laws.
- Excellent organizational skills.
