Job Overview
Job Summary:
Approach target clients within the assigned territory to promote company’s products and services
according to the company’s strategy. The Employee will be accountable for the overall performance and
development of Lubricant division at Wadi Eram in line with defined business plan, in charge of business development and strategic relationship with clients and partners.
Retaining and enhancing business with existing customers by ensuring implementation of companies
customer service and after sales service programs.
Roles Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the general management, administration, development and control of
the Lubricants Division and its related activities.
• Responsible for managing the company in the most efficient, effective, and profitable
manner.
• Responsible for maintaining the continuity and development of the company business.
• Responsible for identifying growth potential areas of company business
• Responsible for decision-making, decision executing and forwarding Planning related to
accomplishing company & corporate objectives.
• Responsible for safeguarding reputation, image, and credibility of the Company and the
group always
• Responsiblefordirecting&coordinatingorganizationalfunctionalunitsso that their
activities are carried out in an integrated manner.
• Responsibleforexercisingthefinancialauthoritywithinthepurviewsetby the Executive
Committee and the Board of Directors.
• Responsible for developing broad organizational goals, objectives, and strategies in
accordance with established mandate and corporate vision Mission as agreed by the
Board of Directors.
• Responsible for implementing on a continuous basis organizational Structure and
staffing plan that meets the ongoing and future operational &Organizational needs of
the Division.
• Responsible for developing accurate and aggressive long and short-rang financial
objectives consistent with the Company mission statement.
• Preparesfinancialreportsformanagementthatclearlyexplainoperational effectiveness,
trends, and variances.
• Ensures good safety practices of employees and guests, assisting in the Maintenance of
proper emergency and security procedures.
• Develop and maintain strong communications with all stakeholders and other
regulatory bodies to ensure all guidelines are met
• Initiate and lead marketing campaigns to develop and generate new business/clients
• Develop client reporting system
• Delegate responsibilities to heads of departments
• Implement latest technology platform to compete effectively in the market
• Prepare quarterly budgets/targets
• Set up strong legal, risk and compliance functions within the company
• Prepare Client offers
• Prepare tender documents
KNOWLEDGE &SKILLS
• Strong negotiation and selling skills.
• Strong organizational and time management discipline.
• Solid judgment and ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
• Sales skills
• Arabic language: Fluent.
• English language: Very Good
WORKING HOURS AND PLACE OF WORK
• The Employee shall adhere to the working hours applicable in the Company and shall devote
all the time necessary for the proper perform an assigned duty.
• From the time the Employee takes up the assigned duties in accordance with this Contract,
the place of work shall be at Tripoli Libya.
• However, it is agreed that for reasons relating to the organization and the efficient operation
of the Company, the Employee may be called upon to Change the place of work at the request
of the Company.
• The Employee will be informed of any such decision at least one-month in advance.
• The Employee may be called upon to travel outside Libya from time to time, In the fulfilment
of assigned duties.
• The Employee may be called upon to travel within Libya and abroad for the requirements of
the Employee’s work.
