General service coordinator

We are ELAF LTD, a Libyan company established in 2016, specialized in Retail business fashion industry. Elaf has more than 30 stores across Libya with over 800 employees with different capacities and Nationalities.

We are currently looking for a qualified General Service coordinator based in Benghazi to perform the following task and responsibilities:

Job Description

• Track all related request to procurement & marketing, follow up until request is complete.
• Update database/tracker on daily basis.
• Follow up on pending invoices, PR and PO with Area Manager .
• Email tracking (Job order, GRN , invoices ,…. etc. ) from store managers & Marketing department & Procurement department.
• Raise PO’s and handle each single order, till it arrives to the location concerned.
• Ensure that all related accounts are settled.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

Job Requirements

• Excellent computer skills
• Good Knowledge of ERP system is preferred
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

Job Information

• Location – Based in Benghazi – Libya
• Salary – based on interview.
• Travel – ability to travel inside and outside of Libya
• Working hours – 09:00 am -16:oo pm
• Working days – Sat – Thu
