Job Description
- Adhere to Children Safeguarding Policy, PSEA Policy, code of conduct, and report
- Raise awareness of the affected communities about the safeguarding system and how to
- report concerns
- Conducting appropriate Case Management for vulnerable women, men, girls and boys at
- risk/ Survivor of GBV, according to standard of procedures;
- Respecting Cesvi’s Standard Operating Procedures and Code of Conduct for Confidentiality
- and the Prevention of Sexual Harassment;
- Participating in team meetings and trainings;
- Observing and respecting GBV Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs);
- Contributing to the daily quality implementation GBV case management, life skills and
- awareness activities;
- Carrying out collection of field data and supporting the CP/GBV Supervisor and Protection
- Manager in the analysis of Data;
- Proactively contribute to quality and timely drafting of reports on the progress of GBV
- activities;
- Supporting other departments during activities planning and implementation (i.e. life-skills
- activities, awareness sessions at the Social Center);
- Representing Cesvi in a professional manner in meetings and ensure effective cooperation
- with local partners and other relevant actors;
- Hand over his/her tasks with a proper and accurate handover report at the end of contract;
- Fulfil any other additional task requested by the CP/GBV Supervisor, CDC Field Coordinator and Project Manager as well as with the technical support of the CP and GBV Specialists.
Job Requirements
- University degree in social science, psychology, education, or relevant Field.
- At least one years of relevant experiences in protection in humanitarian context, preferably in the caseworker position.
- Previous work experience in dealing with refugee, migrants, or other vulnerable population.
- fluent in Arabic and English, with good verbal and writing skills.
