English and Subject Course Tutor

The Libyan Academy of Excellence is seeking passionate and qualified teachers to tutor small groups of 2 to 5 students. Tutors will teach English and other subject courses based on internationally recognized curricula (Pearson, Macmillan), ensuring students fully understand the lessons in their textbooks.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons to small groups of students.
• Follow the Pearson and Macmillan curricula and adapt lessons to students’ needs.
• Provide feedback and support to help students achieve their academic goals.
• Foster a positive learning environment where students feel motivated and supported.

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in English (for English tutoring) and subject expertise (for subject courses).
• Experience in tutoring or classroom teaching is preferred.
• Knowledge of Pearson and Macmillan curricula is a plus.

As part of our commitment to your growth, there will be an academic supervisor  (CELTA and PCELT certified with 14 years of teaching experience) who will be available to guide, assist, and support you in your teaching journey.
