Senwan holding group is looking for Geant hypermarket deputy manager that supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and achieving sales targets, this role involves maintaining store standards and contributing to a positive shopping environment.

 Operational Management:

• Assist in managing day-to-day store operations, ensuring efficient processes and high standards.
• Staff Management: – Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales goals.
• Customer Service: – Address customer inquiries and complaints effectively, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Inventory Control: – Assist in managing inventory levels, including stock replenishment and loss prevention.
• Marketing and Promotions: – Plan and implement promotional activities to drive sales and attract customers. – Collaborate with the marketing team to execute advertising strategies.
• Compliance, Safety and Hygiene: – Ensure the store adheres to health and safety regulations, as well as company policies.
• Sales Analysis & Reporting: – Help analyse sales trends and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies.
• Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and employee performance for review by the Store Manager.
• Merchandising: – Support the implementation of promotional displays and product placements to enhance sales.

 Requirements:

•  Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent.
•  Excellent communication
•  Leadership skills

•  Reporting in the Store Manager.

• 5+ years of experience in retail. Field Experience 4+ years in a managerial role and operations. Communication & Working Relationships (Internal / External)

 Skills:

•  Strong problem-solving skills
•  Ability to work as part of a team and independently
•  Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
•  Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
