Main Purpose of the position | Under the direct supervision of the Health Coordinator and overall supervision of the Project Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for performing operational assistance to the Terre des Hommes operation related to primary data collection on post-distribution monitoring, vaccination enrollment and FGDs, KAPB, and KIIs with community stakeholders and beneficiaries. |

Objective 1: Conduct data collection using appropriate data collection tools
- Attend training on the purpose of the project, data collection training, data entry process, interview tips;
- Attend to the relevant trainings on TDH policies such as on PSEAH, antifraud, etc.;
- Liaise with the Health Focal Point/Coordinator to develop data collection schedule and make sure all necessary equipment are provided;
- Liaise with the Health Focal Point to make sure the focal points within your assigned facilities are informed of your presence;
- Carry out data collection in the vaccination centers and enter data on tablets;
- Conducts Interviews and Focus Group Discussions targeting Community stakeholder and direct/indirect beneficiaries to assess the outputs and outcomes of the implemented activities;
- Ensure that questionnaires have been thoroughly checked and completed;
- Report any assistance, challenge and troubles in obtaining data to the Health Focal Point/Coordinator.
