We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist (Receptionist) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, personable, and proactive in acquiring new students and managing their needs throughout their educational journey.

- ● Confirm students’ attendance
- ● Deal with students’ documents
- ● Handle students’ payments
- ● Contact students on a regular basis
- ● Monitor the conditions of all the goods belonging to the school
● Deal with students’ enrolment documents
- ● Handle students’ contracts
- ● Order school materials for all employees
- ● Order school materials for students
- ● Monitor and report on students’ payments

Job Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to create, edit, and manage documents and spreadsheets efficiently.
