Job Overview:
Seeking a customer-focused representative to manage inquiries, track shipments, and ensure smooth communication between customers and the shipping team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide shipment tracking updates.
- Assist with orders, shipping documentation, and problem resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Maintain customer records and support billing inquiries.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service, preferably in shipping or logistics.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills in English– Fluency is required.
Preferred:
Knowledge of shipping regulations and customs procedures.
