JOB DETAILS :

Summary :
Customer service agents play a vital role in any organization by providing customer support and assistance. They are responsible for answering and responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer problems and complaints, and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction. Customer service agents must have excellent communication skills and be able to work under pressure and handle difficult customers .

Position : Costumer Service Agent .
Location : Tripoli, Libya.
Reporting to : Operation Manager.

Working hours: Sunday – Thursday 09:00 – 16:30.

Duties and Responsibilities :

1. Sales our VAS service based on monthly target
2. Onboarding KYC merchant on our platform for prepaid cards
3. Receive and dispute all merchant issues such as card issuing, replacement, and top-up
4. Respond to customer inquiries and contact other colleges to clarify any ambiguity
5. Escalate unresolved issues to the supervisor and communicate internally with other functions to resolve the customer’s issues and compliance
6. Follow up with customers to ensure high level of customer satisfaction and quality of services
7. Respond to all other tasks assigned by line manager which fall in your responsibility .
