Company “Chancery Solutions” is pleased to announce an opening for the position of an English & Arabic Consultant/Manager in Tripoli

No previous relevant experience is required, but will be preferred.

The company “Chancery Solutions” was founded in the United Kingdom 2006. The Company provided First class, tailored immigration legal services and business/investment related solutions to clients world-wide. The company is seeking to provide business people and companies based in Libya with various legal and business-related services.

Qualifications and Skills:

• At least university degree in any discipline;
• Fluent English and Arabic communication skills. The candidate must be very confident;
• Excellent computer skills;
• Organisation and task management skills;
• Ability to work well on own initiative as well as work within a team;
• Sense of responsibility and able to work with minimal supervision;
• Ability to stay focus and work well under pressure; and
• Strong drive and wiliness to learn and develop.

Experience:

• Previous office/ legal experience is desirable but not essential to the role; and
• Full training will be provided.

Main responsibilities:

• Manage the Tripoli office and meet and great clients at the Tripoli Office;
• Liaise with team members in the London Office;
• Review documents and complete forms online;
• Liaise with clients in person, over the phone and by emails;
• Update the online case management system; and
• Conduct other research / administrative tasks.

Salary/Working Hours/ Location

Working hours: 30 hours per week 9:00am to 3:00pm or 8:00am to 2:00pm

Salary: Minimum 1,000 LYD per month (Depends on experience) + performance bounce/ commission

Location: Office – Central Tripoli
