- 4 years experience in the field

- Good skills in the use of Microsoft Office, verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Dealing with printing devices, photocopying, paper mincers, and packaging machines.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow the job hierarchy and the administrative hierarchy.
- Receive and review all administrative correspondence and documents to take necessary actions.
- Preparing drafts and reviewing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Submitting proposals to develop and improve the work environment.
- Use of office equipment, printers, and data processing using computers.
- Organizing, indexing, and keeping administrative files by modern management methods.
- Follow up department records with other departments as needed.
- Check financial records for accuracy.
- Perform any other functions related to departmental affairs as directed by the supervisor.
- Participate in scheduling meetings and events as directed.
