  • 4 years experience in the field

  • Sense of responsibility.
  • Good skills in the use of Microsoft Office, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Dealing with printing devices, photocopying, paper mincers, and packaging machines.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Follow the job hierarchy and the administrative hierarchy.
  • Receive and review all administrative correspondence and documents to take necessary actions.
  • Preparing drafts and reviewing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Submitting proposals to develop and improve the work environment.
  • Use of office equipment, printers, and data processing using computers.
  • Organizing, indexing, and keeping administrative files by modern management methods.
  • Follow up department records with other departments as needed.
  • Check financial records for accuracy.
  • Perform any other functions related to departmental affairs as directed by the supervisor.
  • Participate in scheduling meetings and events as directed.
