Job overview
We are looking for an Accountant for tickets to join the team of travel
management Department The successful candidate will be responsible for
Tracking and Analysis of Ticket Sales Revenue, Daily and Monthly Reports on
Revenue, Preparation of revenue reports, Refund tracking and Data Collection
and Reporting.
Key responsibilities
Tracking and Analysis of Ticket Sales Revenue
* Tracking costs related to ticket sales (operational costs, commissions).
* Tracking commissions for ticket sales through third parties (agencies,
online platforms, outsourcing).
* Tracking revenue by different types of tickets (one-way, round-trip,
seasonal).
* Analyzing factors affecting revenue (ticket price, commotion).
* Managing costs and profitability.
* Identifying potential fraud in ticket sales (counterfeits, duplicates).
* Setting up internal controls for revenue validation.
Daily and Monthly Reports on Revenue:
* Total revenue from ticket sales (by type and sales channel).
* Average price per ticket (APTC – Average Price per Ticket).
Preparation of revenue reports:
* Total Ticket Revenue.
* Revenue per Ticket Sold.
* Refund Rate.
* Sales Conversion Rate.
Refund tracking and Data Collection and Reporting
* Revenue data directly linked to financial records.
* Number of tickets sold (by type and price.
* Date/time of sales transactions (for trend analysis.
* Source of sale (e.g., direct, affiliate, or partner sales).
* Comparing budgets in monthly and yearly basis.
* Prepare daily and monthly financial reports.
Qualifications
* Bachelor degree in accounting.
* From 5 to 8 years’ experience.
* Excellent knowledge of excel, google live sheets, balance sheets and
accounting software packages.
Skills & abilities
* HARD WORKER.
* WORKING UNDER PRESSSURE and meet deadlines.
* High accuracy in data entry and preparing financial reports.
* Organizational, analytical thinking and time management skills.
* Ability to work within a team and meet deadlines.
* GOOD communication skills with different teams.
