Role Overview

We’re looking for an Account Manager to build strong relationships with clients, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities for growth and upselling Printo’s print-on-demand services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management:
   • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
   • Build and maintain long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
2. Sales and Growth:
   • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Printo’s products and services.
   • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to meet and exceed sales targets.
   • Develop tailored printing solutions to meet clients’ unique needs.
3. Order Management and Coordination:
   • Work closely with operations/logistics to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment.
   • Address any client inquiries, delays, or concerns promptly and effectively.
4. Reporting and Insights:
   • Track and report on account performance and sales growth.
   • Gather client feedback and provide actionable insights to improve Printo’s offerings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in account management, sales, or client-facing roles.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with print-on-demand services or related industries is a plus.
• Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• A customer-centric mindset with a passion for solving problems and delivering results.
