We are Safi National for oil & energy services, based in Tripoli – Ben Ashour, would like to hire “General Manager Assistant” preferred to has experience in oil & gas field.
v General Manager Assistant Responsibilities:
- Cooperating with the General Manager, and assisting with anything from project planning to staff management.
- Nurturing positive working relationships with staff.
- Delegating daily tasks.
- Addressing any issues in a timely fashion.
- Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.
- Setting a good example for staff.
- Coordinating of the general manager appointments, attend meetings and keep minutes.
- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
- Prepare presentations or reports as assigned.
- Set up conference calls and take messages and minutes during meetings.
- Write emails, memos and letters, prepare and disseminate correspondence.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Make travel arrangements such as ticket booking and hotel reservation… etc.
- maintaining diaries and arranging appointments.
v General Manager Assistant Requirements:
- Has experience more than 5 years in same field or equivalent.
- Degree in business administration or similar.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Good observation skills.
- An ability to deliver constructive criticism.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- good spoken and written English language.
