Job Title: Account Representative
Reporting to: Finance Manager
Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Locate and notify Financial institutions of delinquent accounts by mail, telephone, or personal visits to solicit payment.
- Receive payments and post amounts paid to customer accounts.
- Provide notifications to customers.
- File documents or records.
Job Requirements:
- Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years’ experience in (or related) field.
- To be Presentable & have communications skills.
