تعمل منظمة أطباء بلا حدود في ليبيا منذ عام 2011.، تقوم منظمة أطباء بلا حدود بأنشطة في مجال الصحة العقلية وطب الأطفال وصحة المرضى، ومع الاجئيين والمهاجرين في عدة مناطق في ليبيا.

مقر العمل: زوارة والمناطق المحيطه

المهام الأساسية:

القيام بأنشطة المراقبة والحراسة في مرافق منظمة أطباء بلا حدود، وفقا لبروتوكولات المنظمة وقواعدها الأمنية، من أجل ضمان سلامة وأمن جميع أفراد البعثة ومبانيها.

تمشيط محيط المنظمة وارشاد الناس الى مكتب الاستقبال خلال ساعات العمل والتواصل مع الادارة لتصريح دخول الافراد.

مراقبة مقر منظمة أطباء بلا حدود والسياج المحيط بالممتلکات من خلال دوريات منتظمة والبقاء في المناوبة الى حين وصول المراقب الاخر.عدم ترك المكان بدون مراقبة أبدا.

تنظيم حركة مرور المركبات داخل المبني وتوجيهها للداخل والخارج.

التحقق من قفل الابواب والنوافذ واطفاء الانارة عند مغادرة الموظفين مكان العمل. التحقق من أن انارة الأمن تعمل بشكل جيد و ابلاغ المدير المباشر بأي مشاكل محتملة.

الحفاظ على نظافة المنطقة داخل مبني المنظمة ، والمحافظة على أنشطة الصيانة العامة للحديقة( مثل: جزالأعشاب، والحفاظ على النباتات، و تقليم الأشجار اذا لزم الأمر، إلخ)

الحفاظ على أدوات الحراسة مثل المصباح اليدوي وباقي ادوات الانارة واعادة البطاريات المستعملة والاحتفاظ دوما ببطاريات احتياطية مع التأكد من ان الهاتف يحتوي على رصيد و شحن كافي دوما.

ضمان التشغيل الصحيح للمولدات ومضخات المياه (التشغيل، و الايقاف، فضلا عن الاستخدام الصحيح لطفايات الحرائق ومعرفة موقعها).

إبلاغ المدير المباشر عن وصول اي بضائع قبل تفريغها ومساعدة موظفي المنظمة في حمل المواد الثقيلة اذا استحق الأمر.

التأكد من عدم وجود اي سيارة خارج المبنى بعد ال 10:00 مساءا و في حالة طلب سيارة يرجى ابلاغ المشرف .

عدم الخروج من المبنى (في الشارع) الا في الحالات الطارئة.

الاتصال على الفور بالمدير المباشر (المشرف) او منسق المشروع في حالة حدوث أي طارئ (مثل الحريق او السطو او عطل المولد الكهربائي…الخ)

تمنع الزيارات أثناء ساعات العمل

MSF has been working in Libya since 2011. MSF is working in the fields of mental health, pediatrics, patient health, and with refugees and migrants in several areas of Libya.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Carry out surveillance and guard activities in MSF facilities, in accordance with the organization’s protocols and security rules, in order to ensure the safety and security of all mission personnel and buildings.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Combing the perimeter of the organization, directing people to the reception desk during working hours, and communicating with the administration to permit entry of individuals.
Monitoring the MSF headquarters and the fence surrounding the property through regular patrols and stay on duty until the arrival of the other monitor. Never leave the place unattended.
Regulating vehicle traffic inside the building and directing it inside and outside the building.
Verifying that doors and windows are locked and lights out when employees leave the workplace. Verify that the security lights are working well and inform the line manager of any potential problems.
Maintaining the cleanliness of the area inside the organization’s building, and maintaining the general maintenance activities of the garden (such as: mowing the weeds, preserving the plants, pruning trees if necessary, etc.)
Maintaining guard tools such as flashlights and other lighting tools, returning used batteries, and always keeping spare batteries, making sure that the phone has sufficient balance and charge always.
Ensuring the correct operation of generators and water pumps (starting and stopping, as well as the correct use of fire extinguishers and knowing their location).
Informing the direct manager of the arrival of any goods before unloading them, and assist the organization’s staff in carrying heavy materials, if necessary.
Ensuring that there is no car outside the building after 08:00 pm, and in the event of a car request, please inform the supervisor.
Not to leave the building (on the street), except in emergency cases.
Immediately contacting the line manager (supervisor) or the project coordinator in the event of an emergency (such as fire, burglary, generator breakdown … etc.)
