Duties & Responsibilities

       To manage the Waste Water Treatment Plant

8. To maintain the good water output quality and quantity of recycled waste water and monitor the equipment status and functionalities
9. To update Maintenance Management relating to machine status and analysis results
10. To keep on track the sudden changes, and abnormal vibrations of equipment, changes on water quality and inform all if the results are out of standard
11. To maintain the flocculation system working and prevent bacteria from dying
12. To manage the schedule of filters and membrane date of replacement
13. To manage the chemical dosing monitoring and dosing device optimum functionality
14. To keep all the pump motor and high pressure pumps well lubricated
15. To check and evaluate all monitoring gauges, valves status and pipe leaks
16. To report and fix any abnormal sound and corrosions noticed in daily equipment inspections
17. To make inventory on all spare parts, devices and tools for Waste Water Treatment
18. To make request ahead of time for all chemicals upon inventory that needs replenishment of stock
19. To keep the records hard and soft copy of daily water quality analysis for reference
20. To prevent Electrical parts and cabinet from any water risk splash and control unit to be always clean
21. To coordinate with Chemical Supplier for tracking the water analysis and take suggestions for improvement
22. Coordinate to Maintenance Manager for any big maintenance job, installations and electrical works
23. Make refreshment trainings for the new and current engineers to be updated in all points in recycling water treatment works and monitoring
24. Handle the management of the engineers shift schedules, short and long leave
25. Report daily, weekly and monthly the overall Waste Water Treatment status to Maintenance Management

Job Requirements

Experience & Qualifications

 Must be a college graduate in any fields of Chemistry, Biochemistry or Environmental Science and Engineering, Food and Industrial Engineering

1. Must have 5 or more years in a Waste Water Treatment Industrial Facility
2. Has good experience and knowledge in Waste Water Treatment System, Flow, Chemicals & Bacteria and Filtrations
3. Has good computer skills and can read and write in English and Arabic language
