We are seeking a creative and skilled UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will be

passionate about crafting exceptional user experiences, designing intuitive interfaces, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring innovative digital products to life. You will play a pivotal role in improving our web and mobile applications by delivering user-centered designs and seamless user interactions.

UI UX Designer Role

UI/UX designers gather user requirements, design graphic elements, and develop navigation components.

Gather and evaluate all the collected user requirements to collaborate with product engineers and managers.

Create user personas, journey maps, and other user-centered design artifacts.

Create high-fidelity designs that align with the brand’s visual identity and design guidelines.

Illustrate design concepts, use sitemaps, process flows, and storyboards.

Prior experience with designing software and wireframe tools is crucial for success in this role.

Focus on creating graphic user interface elements, and the visual elements users interact with, such as screens, tabs, widgets, and menus.

UI/UX Designers identify UX problems such as responsiveness issues and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback from real users.

UX designers oversee all aspects of product development, ensuring functionality, usability, and user satisfaction.

Document design guidelines, interaction patterns, and other assets to maintain consistency in future projects.

UI/UX Designer Job Responsibilities

Collect and evaluate user requirements with the help of product managers and engineers.

Use storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to illustrate design concepts.

Menus, tabs, and widgets are examples of graphic user interface elements.

Make page navigation buttons and search fields.

Create UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites or app’s function and look like.

Make unique graphic designs, original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables).

Rough draughts should be prepared and presented to internal teams and key stakeholders.

Identify and resolve UX issues.

Make layout changes based on user feedback. Follow font, color, and image style guidelines.

Maintain consistency across all user interfaces, adhering to brand guidelines and design systems to ensure cohesive experiences across platforms.

Create and maintain detailed design specifications, user interface guidelines, and design assets for development Teams.

Requirements and skills

Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.

Portfolio of design projects.

Knowledge of wireframe tools.

Up-to-date knowledge of design software’s.

Solid understanding of interaction design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.

Ability to analyze and synthesize data to improve user experience.

Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.

Good time-management skills.

Bonus Points:

Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

Experience with motion design and animation.

Experience with design systems and component libraries.

Experience working in an agile development environment.

Desired Qualities:

Attention to detail and passion for creating polished, high-quality designs.
