Job Description

Masarat is seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting intuitive and visually appealing user experiences for our mobile applications

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
• Develop user personas, sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes to translate user research into actionable design solutions.
• Design user interfaces (UIs) that are visually appealing, intuitive, and user-friendly across various mobile devices.
• Ensure brand consistency and adherence to design guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the design process.
• Participate in user testing sessions and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
• Stay up to date on the latest UI/UX design trends and best practices.

Job Requirements

• • Demonstrable experience using Figma and Adobe XD for UI/UX design.
  • Proficiency in whiteboard collaboration tools like Miro and Figjam.
  • A strong understanding of user research methodologies (interviews, user testing, etc.)
  • Proven ability to translate user research into actionable design solutions (personas, user flows, wireframes, prototypes).
  • Experience with accessibility best practices (WCAG compliance) to ensure inclusive design for all users.
  • Knowledge of current user behavior trends in mobile app design and fintech applications.
  • Creative problem-solver with a strong desire to learn and grow in the UI/UX design field.
  • Basic understanding of design thinking principles and a passion for user-centered design.
  • Eagerness to learn industry-standard UI/UX design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.) or experience with similar tools.
  • Team player with a collaborative spirit and a commitment to learning.
