Job Profile:

A Technical Support Engineer provide enterprise-level support through monitoring, diagnosing, and solving software problems.

Technical Support Engineer duties and responsibilities:

– Monitor and maintain the availability of services provided to customers.

– Log and report daily diagnostics of systems.

– Troubleshoot and repair different faults in systems.

– solve  escalated problems that require  technical knowledge.

Technical Support Engineer requirements and qualifications:

– Bachelor Degree in IT, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.

– Strong Knowledge of SQL Server.

-understanding programming logic

– Knowledge of ASP.net is recommended .

– Experience with C# is recommended.

– Ability to work under pressure

– Availability after working hours or during night shifts

– Fast learning capabilities

– Problem Solving skills and good communication ability.

– Strong team work skills are recommended.
